The RS Growth Team seeks to identify advantaged and growing businesses with strong management teams. These companies are characterized by their strong fundamentals, ability to generate predictable and growing cash flows, leading competitive positions and attractive returns on capital. The team seeks to purchase these companies only when they are trading at a significant discount to calculated business value.

The Team focuses on the long-term, irrespective of short-term earnings or market volatility and only allocates capital to their highest-conviction investment ideas.
